Punit was a hardcore gamer and only wished to have a Rs20,000 engineering job in his life. His parents also pushed him to think big and have a purpose in life but all in vain. He was happy playing PC games and cricket. This video is about how one decision from his father completely changed his life. Today, Punit is the founder of Pure Calisthenics and owns a gym. He is a well known calisthenics coach and is on a mission to help young adults achieve Basic Human Fitness.
