I remember how success in exams particularly board exams was often seen as crucial for securing a good future. The feeling of not doing well in exams was very disheartening and it led to feelings of disappointment and anxiety in me. I thought it was the end of my life.
With the passing of time & becoming a teacher myself, I have understood that it's okay to feel upset about your marks but they are not an accurate reflection of your creativity & potential.
I am determined to create a learning environment that prioritizes understanding & skill development where every child will learn & discover their true self.
I strongly believe in ""Shaping Thinkers, Not Just Test Takers"" which emphasizes the importance of nurturing critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students rather than focusing solely on their ability to score well on tests.
